Terms of Service
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your appointments are very important to the Salon 209 team members. They are reserved especially for you but we understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and our guests on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance by text message because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, if you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice and would like to reschedule, a reschedule fee may apply. If you choose not to reschedule, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the reserved service may be charged. Deposits made with online booking may be transferred to a new appointment date if the appointment is rescheduled before the 24 hour notice.

LESS THAN 24 HOUR CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS:
We appreciate a 24 hour notice if appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. If you must cancel with less than 24 hour notice you may be asked to pay a "Reschedule Fee" of $25 in order to reschedule that service with the service provider. This is not a deposit for the upcoming service, it is a fee to cover lost time for the cancelled service. “Reschedule Fee" must be paid before a future reservation can be made. “Cancellation or No-Show Fee” may be charged if you do not wish to reschedule your appointment. This fee may be up to 50% of the reserved service amount. Corrective color appointments will require a deposit of $100 and are forfeited if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Deposits made for services booked online will be forfeited if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

LATE ARRIVALS:
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call ahead, 218-681-5330, to let us know. You may be required to book another day, or the services you are scheduled for may be modified to accommodate the time frame. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may be asked to reschedule their appointment and may be asked to pay a reschedule fee of $25 to reschedule their next appointment. We thank you for appreciating the value of your service provider's time.

REFUND POLICY:
Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within three (3) days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed please call us. We may request for you to return to the salon, so you hair can be inspected. We will make every effort to correct any problem to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you. Please be advised, in some instances a product charge or time charge may be implemented if the service requested was performed correctly but the client changes their mind and requests a different service from their initial visit.

We know purchasing a hair or skincare regime is an investment. We will give our professional recommendations to ensure the products you go home with are to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, the products you purchased are not to your satisfaction a refund or product exchange will be considered if presented within seven (7) days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if less than 25% of the product has been consumed within the seven (7) days of purchase. For all product refunds a receipt or record on your client account is necessary.
