Our Level System is created to help our stylists earn promotions and grow within our salon. Prices for services vary at each level.
What happens if I cannot afford to stay with my service provider after their promotion?
​
We believe there is a fit for every personality and budget with our service providers in our salon. If you cannot stay with your service provider after their promotion, or are just ready for a new perspective, we can help you find another provider to help within our salon. All of your formulas and notes will be accessible to your new provider to ensure they know your hair and skin history. Your old provider can even coach your new provider to be sure you are comfortable with the transition.
How do Service Providers jump levels?

Service Providers earn promotions to the next level by meeting customer service goals set by our salon.Our salon goals revolve around exceptional service, product knowledge and guest retention. As the demand of your service providers time increases, they earn the right to be promoted.
What if I don't know which service to book?
