Hi everyone! I'm Jamie and I'm very excited to meet each of you. I am a graduate of The Salon Professional Academy in Fargo and I am MN and ND licensed. I also completed Salon 209's Associate Training Program in 2025. I am excited to help each person I meet feel beautiful. I would love to get to know you and your hair! Jamie's Story
Hello! Every high school sport team has that one girl that braids everyone's hair. For my volleyball and basketball teams, that girl was me! This was my first hands on experience with hair that got my wheels tuning about the possibility of a career in hair.
As a 2025 graduate of The Salon Professional Academy in Fargo, ND, I have loved beginning my journey behind the chair at Salon 209. I currently love blonding and balayage but have my hands in all kinds of different coloring techniques. Color Melting and Braided Balayage are two of my favorite techniques that are unique to each person. Each head of hair is different and I love taking your inspiration photos and making them your version of beautiful. I would love to learn more about you and help you reach your hair goals.
I am happy to be back in the rural Thief River Falls area. I have learned I am a country girl at heart after one year of living in Fargo. I loved having stores like Target and TJ Maxx close by but I realize I crave the quieter way of life in rural Minnesota. When I'm not in the salon I love playing volleyball, watching Netflix and hanging out at my families lake place on Lake of the Woods. I love watching college and professional sports, there is no better way to spend a cold Minnesota afternoon.
