Cancellation Policy

 Your appointments are very important to the Salon 209 team members. They are reserved especially for you but we understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations.  Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and our guests on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.  Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance by text message because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, if you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice a cancellation fee will apply.

Less than 24 hour Changes, Cancellations or No-Shows

 

A 24 hour notice of any change or cancellation is required to avoid a $25 cancellation charge for same day changes.  You may be asked to pay for all or a portion of your appointment if requested by your stylist.  Corrective color appointments will require a deposit of $100, and are forfeited if the 24 hour cancellation policy is not followed.  All cancellation fees must be paid before a future reservation can be made.  

 

Late Arrivals

 

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call ahead to let us know.  You may be required to book another day, or the services you are scheduled for may be modified to accommodate the time frame.  Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may be asked to reschedule their appointment and pay the $25 No-Show Fee.

 

Salon 209 Cancellations

 

At Salon 209, our team stands buy our policies, and we feel it is only fair to honor the same policies to our guests.  If for any reason the salon has to cancel a guest with less than 24 hour notice we will honor a discount off your next service.  If the salon is forced to be closed during regular business hours due to situations that are out of our hands, such as a power outage, unfortunate incident, etc… the discount does not apply.  We will gladly reschedule your appointment.
